Our club methodology encourages players to take responsibility for improving their technical skills and overall game. Team issues (i.e., tactics, game management, positional roles, etc.) become the focus of our training sessions. Players are expected to continue to be creative, critical thinkers during competitive practices in order to successfully deal with the demands presented to them by the game.
